TrueBlood on Twitter and TrueBloodNet.com are proud to present Echoes: The Story of an American Hero with PTSD

September 3, 2010

True Blood on Twitter in partnership with TrueBloodNet.com are proud to present a special episode of Blood Bites on Wednesday, September 8, 2010 to bring focus and awareness to the growing numbers of military personnel who suffer from PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome) Featuring TrueBlood on Twitter’s very own,  @ArleneFowler and @TerryBellefle. The Twitterplay spotlights Terry and his struggle with PTSD and Arlene’s new found understanding of the disease since meeting and falling in love with Terry.

We will be inviting fans to join Terry and Arlene for a serious chat after the play in our TrueBlood on Twitter chat room to discuss the effects PTSD can have on personal relationships and how with care and proper treatment, these brave men and women can restore their everyday lives.

For more information on PTSD and it’s treatment, please visit the following links: National Center for PTSD and Military Pathways by Screening for Mental Health

Please join us on Wednesday September 8th on Twitter at 9pm Central to watch Echoes: A Story of an American Hero with PTSD and at 10pm Central for a LIVE chat with @ArleneFowler and @TerryBellefle

You can follow their story LIVE from our website at:  http://www.truebloodontwitter.com/bloodbites.html or make sure you are following @ArleneFowler, @TerryBellefle, @Lafayette_R, and @SamMerlotteBT
